The Corletta J. Vaughn Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3)
tax-exempt organization that was founded and established in
2003. Named for one of America’s most prominent and astute
leaders, Bishop (Dr.) Corletta J. Vaughn, the Foundation purposes
to perpetuate a legacy of leadership, ethical commitment and a
deep genuine concern for the wholeness of mankind.
With a strong philanthropic commitment, the Foundation was
birthed to focus on youth and provide the necessary means and
training in order to promote a better quality of life. By supplying
essential needs to communities, the Foundation intends to bring
richness and well-being to the whole person – mind, body, soul
and spirit. With a passion to make a difference, the Foundation’s
heartbeat and drive is to supply needed materials and services to
promote self-sufficiency so that individuals may become
empowered to help themselves and others.
The Foundation aims to make a difference by providing training
and hands on support, family life development and assistance
programs, technological advancement and specialized training
and workshops to individuals of all ages - particularly youth.
Without political, religious, racial, social or geographical
boundaries, The Corletta J. Vaughn Foundation is an institute that
truly endeavors to help change and fortify societies all over the
world.
The Corletta J. Vaughn Foundation, Inc. is a charitable
organization that is financially supported through public
contributions from individuals and corporations. Because it is an
organization with a passion to assist all people, the planned
distribution of funding is allotted so that each and every age group
may benefit from the various programs that have been established
– from newborns to senior citizens - with particular focus on our
youth.
